Owl is an incredibly smart wolf, but he seems to be impaired in terms of making smart decisions for himself or others. He is loud and unkempt, and proves to be one of the biggest annoyances in Queen Asmodeus's life. It's a wonder she didn't just keep his much calmer brother around instead of him.
