As a pup, she was passed around among multiple packs which gave her the feeling of being unwanted, which affects her current ability to make relationships with others, especially with the age gap between the younger members of her current pack. Later Sweet Hibiscus Tea does learn to open up, but until then it's best to leave her alone.
