Ash

Ash was the youngest cub in Lei'luna's first litter; the first litter to be born into the Shadowsong Pack.  She was painfully shy, but she saw the world as a only an innocent cub can; as a place filled with wonder and magic, revealing new surprises each day.  The adults in the Shadowsong pack found new hope by watching her interact with the world, and seeing it through her eyes.

As the daughter of the pack leader, great things were expected of her.  But it was not to be.  During a routine patrol, Luna reported that she found Ash's corpse lying on the ground. She must have been snatched by an eagle, judging by the deep cuts in her body left by the predator's talons. She either died from bleeding out, or falling from a great height.  Ash will be mourned.

Her spirit lingers on, and she remains with her pack even though no one can see her or hear her while they are awake.  As they dream, they sometimes dream of her.  When this happens, she can interact with them in dreams, but as of yet, no one has realized that their dreams are anything more than that.

She is survived by her littermate, Thatcher.
