HISTORY: Kaira spent most of her life traveling and hunting alone, the years drifting by while she lived her life as a loner. She's made her fair share of mistakes, but hopes to find a good life in Solana Pack. 

Being the oldest of the pack, everyone values her experience and strength in hunts. She enjoys the respect of all members, even their commanding Alpha. 

With her experience and skill, Kaira could've easily assumed the role of the Alpha herself, but something made her decide otherwise. 

Maybe she sees a part of herself in the young Nightshade and tries to influence her to not make the same mistakes she did in the past... 

Though Kaira can be hard to get along with at times, she does enjoy being part of a pack and passing on her knowledge and skill to the others. 

Though usually on Nightshade's side, she felt herself forced to disobey her when several wolves with pups showed up at their territories border, asking for help as their old pack disbanded. Nightshade however, didn't need more mouths to feed and commanded them to leave. But just as they were about to, Kaira stopped them.

She challenged Nightshade and argued for the weak and hungry strangers to be allowed to stay. They were in very poor condition and she knew the younger one's certainly wouldn't make it. Nightshade, of course, wasn't one to back down and when simple logic and attempts to gain sympathy didn't work, Kaira faced her with a much harsher tone.

She asked the delusional Alpha what right she had to choose over life and death, and if she was really that coldhearted to send a starving puppy barely clinging onto his life away. 

When Nightshade simply scoffed, Kaira snarled at her. Did she even know what these wolves must have went through? To see their pack slowly die out until they're forced to seperate from their friends and family, not knowing if they'll ever see them again?

After this, the Alpha fell quiet. Her eyes stared at a point far away in the distance before she slowly backed away and walked into her den without a word.

Victorious, Kaira welcomed the strangers and instantly sent out a hunting party to gather more food.

Miraculously, all of them survived. Although her relationship to Nightshade had now worsened significantly.

Until one day when Kaira entered the Alpha's den and discovered the Alpha snarling and cowering defensively before her. Nightshade didn't seem like herself anymore.

Kaira attempted to talk to her but she wouldn't listen.

Until she bowed, which seemed to throw Nightshade off and snap her out of her panic enough that Kaira was able to talk with her. She explained that she wasn't there to harm them and that she would give everything for this pack and her friend.

Nightshade finally relaxed and told Kaira about her past. How her family had been killed and she was desperately fighting for survival ever since.

Kaira once again reassured her and proclaimed her loyalty, until they were interrupted by the pups.

Noting the Alpha's unsure expression, Kaira offered to help her with them and they went outside to present them to the pack.
