Naming-

Every pup is named after one of the ancient Lunar Order or Einherjar Army. For example, Ananke, was named after the famous Einherjar general who showed mercy to all her prisoners. Even the prisoners from the Lunar Order's most legendary enemies, like the Asteroid Wolves, were given a fair trial. She saw wolves as wolves, not members of an evil hive mind. So she gave each soldier a chance to explain, fight with their words for their life.

More examples~
-Eos is the name of the very first Queen Goddess of the Lunar Order. She aligned the Moon Realms into order, banishing the New Moon Wolves who had brought in chaos. She is legendary even among the Lunar Realm wolves themselves, though they live for thousands of years, her time is so long past that she is a legend to them.
-Khione is the name of the ancient queen who ruled the Lunar Realm during the ice age. She began as an assassin, her fur blending in directly into the never ending snow. But she was chosen by Queen Fortuna to be her heir, and command the Order through the everlasting storm.
-Orion was a legendary King of The Realm Above The Earth, married to a Queen who was long sick and dying. He led the realm through one of the great wars (Great War 2) against the Lunar Foxes with nine tails, and he won. He was and is the only ever King of the Lunar Realms, and wasn't even officially the ruler, because his wife was still alive. Her name has been lost to time, but it's rumored to be either Asteria or Artemis, two known queens who often get confused.
-Ma'at was Eos's general, he led her armies to defeat the New Moon Wolves, and restore chaos. He is revered as the major general of the Lunar Order during the First Great War. Many believed that he was also Eos's lover, while others believed that she never took a male lover, and had a female one instead.
-Hestia was the queen at the very end of the Great Ice Age, her predecessor Khione died before the Ice Age had really ended, and she was chosen with the old way. Which is done using an Oracle, breathing in the fumes of the Great Mountain, which smoke was rumored to give prophecy powers. Hestia was chosen as the successor and began her reign, she was appointed just in time, she ruled during the very worst years of the Ice Age. Wolves from other realms attacked, everything had stopped growing and frozen and died, and there seemed to be no hope. Hestia gave everyone hope, and under her reign, warmth never seen since the life of Hemera or Eos flooded through the Lunar Realm.
-Mnemosyne was the name of one of the ancient Oracles, who held all knowledge of the past, and used that to predict the future. She was brutally killed before the third Great War, and it was said her killer wasn't even on the other side. It was guessed that her killer was her mother, Cybele, who was driven insane by her own power of prophecy. As prophecy is passed down from mother to daughter.
