Faye

This wolf baby has been with me for a while. I love you Faye, I wish I could make you immortal.

For now, you will get first dibs on all food and toys. You will be treated like a queen.

Faye was a loner wolf. She wandered around on her own for years, refusing to settle down. Until she met Blade. He had such a charming personality, she felt herself just.. wanting to follow him. The things he promised, a warm bed, a belly full of food, happiness... She agreed to it.

When she arrived to the clan, it was quite small. There were only a few wolves wandering around. But that didn’t last long. Blade befriended more wolves and puppies came around. Faye volunteered to watch over the pups while the other wolves were busy hunting and gathering. This place was everything Blade promised. 

The months passed quickly and Faye’s bones began to ache and movement began to slow down. Blade created a new den, just for her. Now she can watch the comings and goings of everybody, and she gets to eat first. Everyone treats her with the upmost respect and when she asks for something, someone gets it for her right away.  This was the best possible decision she ever made. Sure, surviving during the winter is a little hard, but they’re all okay,
