The sight of a den sparks your interest, getting out of the rain was great.. stumbling upon someone's home while your the uninvited guest? Not so much. Weather seemed to disagree as it only grew worst, droplets pummeled upon an already drenched pelt, ears flattened hastily against the cranium in the attempt to keep the insides of the canals dry. Finally giving in to the tingles sparking the nerves, rump raised and legs starting to move ever closer to the entrance not noticing a trap barely visible in the downpour -- a spider's web... instant dread will cause a heart to practically fall to the bottom of the stomach -- if it couldn't really happen it did in that moment, not sure to die on the spot or flail about in an attempt to remove one's skin until they may finally feel safe from the imagined thousands of tiny legs skittering across the fur. "Don't move I got ya!" a rather calm choice of tone as only minutes before there had been a fight for life... Soon carefully brushed off and inspected by another pair of eyes... gave a moment to breathe.
"My friends here won't hurt you!" The calm voice once again now able to take in his features shown in a rather fluffy face. Eyes full of what could only be described as mist that never seemed to cloud with judgement no matter what may spew from the mouth - always considerate, kind, tranquil - if only it weren't for the friends... one crawled its way through his fur in that thought, sending chills down the spine as its multiple eyes blinked at you. "Flynn Rider - this is Maximus... you are?"
