It had been a rather calm night for the pack, and most of them were tucked away in their dens as the rain continued to pour down outside. Friede had been one of the only ones still wide awake, having slept quite a bit throughout the day since there had been a recent lack of pups. Her soft orange eyes watched the rain fall outside of where she lay in her den, and, for a quick moment, she thought she had seen a figure between the trees. Ears were perked forward as she listened, trying her best to use her senses through the demanding rain that continued down. Curiosity got the best of her, and she crept cautiously out of her den, not minding the chill of the water hitting her fur as she moved in the direction she had seen the vague figure. As Friede approached, her eyes landed on a similar figure to what she had caught sight of before, this time realizing it was another wolf carrying something in its mouth. Lilac fur began to bristle at the sight, and she observed the stranger. "Who's there?" She questioned, hoping the rain wouldn't drown out her voice too much. The set of orange eyes widened at the sight of a strangely-spotted pale wolf who had been carrying a squirming pup that bore the same odd markings. "Please..He needs a home.." The female pleaded through tired jaws, her white fur was soaked, and her dark eyes seemed desperate. Friede's guard lowered at the sight of the pup and glanced over her shoulder, hoping the Alpha was still in his den. "...Alright, quickly now." Her words left her jaws before her thoughts could stop her, and the strange female placed the pup between Friede's paws. "Thank you..please look after him" The voice seemed quiet, and as quickly as the white-spotted wolf had appeared, she was gone.
Isaak wasn't a fool and was quick to notice the oddly-marked pup the next morning, the pup being hard to miss due to all the chaos it was currently causing. The large alpha watched the pup tug ruthlessly at Matthias' ear, causing him to yelp and grumble from the sharp tiny teeth. Matthias remained relaxing in his spot despite the small nuisance that continued to attack him. Friede's head was low as she stood by the pup, her ears back against her head as she explained the events of the night before. The Alpha remained silent, his hazel eyes narrowing down at the pup as the tiny figure turned his attention to the larger dark male. Its tiny jaws attempted to produce a threatening snarl before clumsily rushing in to bite at Isaak's foreleg. Friede was quick to pull the pup away, unsure how Isaak would handle the small assault. "His name is Jürgen, and you will be responsible for him." The dark male warned the pupsitter before turning and heading back to where he had previously been lounging.
As time went on, Jürgen soon became known as a troublesome pup. It seemed he had always found some way to sink his teeth into the nearest pack member he laid eyes on and was set on keeping Friede awake for days on end. His fearless traits as a pup remained in his adult years, and Jürgen was soon determined to become a finisher for the newly joined hunting party. It took a bit of pleading, along with a few promises to Isaak, before the Alpha finally allowed the youth to achieve his goal. The challenge of bringing down large prey, along with a thirst for admiration, drove him to become a rather impressive member of the pack. Despite Isaak's silent doubts, he has officially earned his place within the pack and continues to improve his skills each day.
