Name: Aniara (an ee ah rah, "despairing")
Date of Birth: Mid Autumn 32 (October 25 2022)

Originally from the far north, Aniara was born in the Rogue Pack to the leader one of the chasers. She was brought to Pont-y-Rhedyn as a pup with her half-brother Aster, and the pair were adopted by Corhedydd and Madfall. The two were inseparable. Aniara was incredibly shy as a pup, and she heavily relied her brother to lead social interactions. They studied together as pupsitters under the mentorship of their adoptive parents, and both passed their arfarniad on their first attempt. Aniara gained more confidence throughout her studies, coming into her own and becoming more independent.
Unfortunately Aster fell ill shortly after. He was moved to the herbalist's den, and Aniara would frequently visit. With a lack of pups to supervise at the time, she event spent a considerable amount of time assisting the herbalists, largely by foraging for herbs. She grew close with the herbalists, particularly with the youngest, Melynddu. Though initially there was a language barrier due to Melynddu being deaf, Aniara eagerly studied the sign language she used and before long they were able to communicate fluently. After a few months of fighting his illness, Aster passed away, leaving Aniara heartbroken. Thankfully she was well supported by the pack, and though still grieving, she remained in the pack and continued working.
Aniara is very well liked within the pack. Her optimistic and cheerful attitude is always well received. Though not one to speak poorly of others, she is one to gossip, and is the go-to wolf for news on all of the pack's ongoings. She remained close with Melynddu, ultimately pairbonding with her and joining her in the herbalist's den. Both would rear numerous litters together, but all of their pups would disperse before adulthood.
