Asuka is the eldest hunter within the pack, and acts as the finisher among her hunting party. She is exceptional at her job, and has more success than failure. She's had three litters, but only one of her sons has been granted a potential place within the pack. Miniko, chosen for his strength and his strange appearance, was the only one of her kids granted a name. Neo has qualms about his son, though, and rumor has it that he is slowly convincing Genesis that there are pups worth keeping over him. Asuka is greatly distressed, and wants more than anything to have a bloodline in the pack. She holds a great dislike for Padura, Lichen, Swamp, Quary, and Neo. Rumor has it that Swamp's demise and Padura's bad luck with her second litter might have something to do with her.
Disaster struck one day when Neo managed to convince Genesis that Asuka's son was not needed within the pack. Miniko was sent away, and she mourns him deeply.
Asuka's fourth litter was a complete failure, and Genesis is losing her patience with her.
Asuka died without a legacy. Her ghost haunts the pack, specifically looking at Lichen and Neo's blood relatives.
