Lore: Neapolitan and Angora came from entirely different worlds -- with Angora being born a desert wolf, and Neapolitan hailing from a pack far to the northern tundra. Despite their differences, the two fell head-over heels for one another. They spent much of their youth growing up and spending time together, and even shared a first litter together.

However, after spending nearly a year in the desert, Neapolitan began to grow very homesick. While he did his best not to show it, he was miserable trying to hunt with his thick coat under the scorching desert sun. Wanting to compromise, Angora offered to move back out to the tundra with him. Unfortunately, it only lead to the opposite problem.

Angora often struggled to navigate while slogging through the thick, heavy snow. While she tried to remain optimistic, Angora spent most of her time curled up in their cave nursing frostbitten paws. Angora couldn't seem to ever stop shivering, no matter how hard Neapolitan tried to keep her warm.

Slowly, the pair began to realize it just wasn't working out. While they still loved one another greatly, they also loved each other enough to know it was cruel to make their partner suffer just so they could be happy. Eventually, the pair decided to part ways amiably. Each returning to their own home biome, and wishing one another nothing but the best in their new life and future relationships.
