Ryu is a possessive, commanding, and arrogant alpha. He begins to train pups from the day their eyes(1 month) open to be able to kill and defeat other wolves in battle. If the pup is too weak or refuses to train they shall not be fed and they shall be labeled as weak until they do fight.They will also be the practice dummies for the strong pups to practice on it, doesn't matter to Ryu and the Pack if they are killed in the process(sold).
At the age of 1 year they have a final assessment to see if they're up to snuff. If they fail, then they shall be killed(sold or r&c). The ones that pass will get to stay and become part of the Pack.
The Pack itself is a large group of wolves led by Ryu, who sends them into battle with other Packs over territory, food, and just because he can. The Pack only accepts strength therefore most males over the age of 7 are kicked out due to weakness. As for females they are allowed to stay until they are 7 years and 2 months, then they are kicked out since they serve no use anymore, also any wolves caught on the territory will either be taken into the Pack with force or they will be killed as an example to other wolves to not enter the Pack's territory.
Due to this, the Pack has few allies… So Pack loyalty is especially important. Any and all wolves who attempt to betray Ryu or the Pack will be sentenced to death. They will be killed in front of their Pack members as a fear tactic to keep everyone in line. The same is to happen if anyone breaks a Pack rule...there are no second chances, even for family.
The wolves of the Pack refuse to back down in a fight, and if they do they are then deemed Cowards. Once a wolf is deemed a Coward, then they are used as training dummies to the rest of the Pack.
During many a harsh winter, Ryu will deem a wolf unworthy and the Pack will feast upon their body. When this happens, the Pack holds a all-night vigil for the eaten wolf. Most - if not all - of the time, the wolf is alive when it is eaten. The Pack wolves all know that Ryu only chooses the disobedient, so the rest of the Pack know to behave.

-All wolves must be loyal to Ryu alone
-What Ryu says is law
-No disobeying Ryu
-No befriending other wolves from other packs or your own,for their loyalty must only be to Ryu
-Wolves and pups labeled weak are not to be fed
-They are to do as they are told
-The sick mustn't be treated differently from regular wolves
