name meaning - wake

there she was, the lead chaser. she sat on the far outskirts of the hunters den, overlooking a  mountain pass. her back was facing towards you, but there was no need to make yourself known. she sensed you approaching before she was even in your view. her ears twitched before turning her neck to face you.

“What brings you here?” she asked, slight interest in her voice. you walk next to her and sit beside her, your shoulders nudging up against her chiseled ones. she gives you a side eye before shaking her head. “You never were great at expressing yourself..” she proceeded to rest her head slightly on you. “I’m so exhausted..” she murmured, allowing herself to finally untense. you let out a whine in concern and helped Vaka lay down. 

she looked up at you with a smile. “Thank you”
