First born of three aggressive pups, all of whom were female. Two pups with tier II base coats, and two with six markings (this pup had four) minimum.
Glide tended to slide straight toward trouble. The truth was, she couldn't let her littermates take the fall without her. As they reached adulthood, that loyalty did not end well for her. The other two not only jeered at others, they were making enemies of their birth pack. Glide could no longer support them.

After her sisters left, Glide could finally calm. However, it was not easy to shake the habit of launching herself into the fray for family and friends. That meant more than one hunt failed as she attempted to keep everything from, well, failing.

As Glide neared her fifth cycle, she realized she had learned much. Quite a bit of her lessons could have been attributed to Gin'ei and Silverstep, both of whom Glide idolized, and for good reason. They were both Lead Prey Stalkers - talented, determined trackers. The greatest thing Glide gleaned from them was unfaltering focus.

Puppy Training"During the lesson: The lesson today focused on relaying information accurately among pack members. 🐾Glide sat with several other pups as they whispered the same sentence around the circle and tried to keep it the same, but when it came back to 💜Drift it was hilariously different than when it started."

"During the lesson: 🐾Glide tried to mix her first medicine. 💜Drift made sure that it would be harmless even in the case of a huge mistake, but 🐾Glide did really well without any help."

"During the lesson: 💜Drift explained to Drift 3 that with bigger prey, you can wound them in vulnerable areas so that they are easier to take down. Drift 3 mimicked where she bit the carcass near the belly and ankles."

"During the lesson: Every time 🐾Glide found the toy, she was allowed to play with it for a bit. 💜Drift is sure that rewarding her technique will be beneficial for her growth."

"During the lesson: Relying on smell won't always help you find your way, and Drift 3 listened to 🐾Scorch's lecture about using the position of the sun and the moon when scouting. Drift 3 couldn't wait to test her skills."

"During the lesson: It seemed that Drift 3 achieved perfection today, at least in comparison with a couple of trials before. She jumped with joy and ran to her parents to prove that she was almost an adult now!"
