The event. The catastrophes. It was truly horrific.

The gods weren't bothered, sending out wolves to explore and giving blessings to keep them safe, but they were gods! They were hardly affected.

Not even phrog took notice. Not until Ilawen passed and they came to worry. Another deity, Snowdrop along with their partner Oli, came along.


"Oh pup. I'm sorry this has happened. But you must be strong." A quiet murmur and a bowed head, a weight on Aderyn's back before dark wings fell limply over her sides. A yelp, as horns grew from her forehead and Snowdrop pressed a cool hand between the antlers, whispering an apology and a blessing.
Behind the pair, Oli was counting the wolves, names in Welsh and their meanings flashing before their eyes. phrog watched in amusement, cackling at their bemused and wonderfully worried face as the deity of reptiles panicked. Snowdrop stepped away from the now queen, black wings twitching as she grew used to them and returned to Oli's side. A small smile and they faded away once more, leaving just phrog and the pack.

"You'll be quite alright Aderyn Mewn Du. There are others waiting to help you... there is another destined to be with you coming closer. You'll find her soon enough, just as Snowdrop said." The goddess sighed, the smell of rain growing strong as phrog's form faded along with the other two.

Mewn met Llwyn soon after, the she-wolf taking on Aderyn Bach Llwyn as her full name. Truly, it was as the gods foretold.

Together, they ruled the Devil's Oath pack. The group of wolves was reduced greatly, going from over one hundred and ten wolves to about eighty. Rhodd's line was allowed to extend, flooding the world with more natural wolves and as new bases were revealed, many more wolves came flocking to the stud.

Similar to the catastrophes that ruined her pack, with "Halloween" coming around, there are small... things, laying in the biomes. Trampled, burnt, discarded.... the gods are excited. The pack is fearful.
