Corae

A pup born from Rio and Yassydra. He is born from Yassydra's last litter, and is a special pup, so the pack decided to keep him.

--Corae was born under a red moon, and the pack found that he had a third eye. His parents were worried, but Psia told them that the third eye was harmless and that it was likely that Corae could not even see from that eye. Still, it did not stop Yassydra from becoming overprotective.
--Though the pack decided to keep Corae, no one knew what he would do. There weren't any wolves who needed Apprentices, and putting him as Pupsitter was a shame considering his genes (and Rio and Yassydra absolutely refused for their son to be "a mere Pupsitter"). So Rio decided that he'll give up his spot as a Chaser when Corae grows up. His teammates and some Red Moon she-wolves were against it because Corae's stats were not appropriate (his stats were even lower than the she-wolves'), but Rio was adamant.
--Upon testing Corae, Psia found that he is related to Tygeri and Zhennah through Howlthorne.
--The day Corae opened his eyes, he started crying. No one knew what was wrong, and Yassydra increasingly grew annoyed the longer Psia couldn't find the problem with her pup. Corae could only curl against his mother's chest and whimper until he passed out.
--At one month old, Corae stopped crying all the time, but he was very fearful. He stuck to either one of his parents or his Pupsitter, and he would snap at the other pups, even his siblings. This caused him to be disliked by the other pups. Rio was a little worried because at this age Corae should be learning how to socialize and figuring out his social standing with the other pups. Yassydra, on the other hand, thought it was fine that Corae was alone. "It'll teach him to grow strong," she said.

--When Corae became an adolescent, he was moved to the Chain of Diamonds Cave.
--Corae no longer cried like when he was a pup, but he was cold and a little short-tempered. However, everyone soon found out why he was born strangely. Apparently, Corae could see ghosts! And all this time, he had been talking to the pack's ancestors. Some wolves didn't believe him. They've seen their fair share of magic, but it was just too strange for a normal wolf like any of them to possess magic. But Corae told them that one of their ancestors had a similar power. No one knew who he was talking about, and Corae said, "Of course none of you would remember, because she was from the second generation. Our founding Alpha Iranul told me that he once had a daughter named Monsoon, and she could foretell the weather." Monsoon was a wolf of legend; it was said that her ability to foretell the weather made her valuable to the Hunters and to her adopted father. Though, they still weren't sure if what Corae said was true.
--When Corae entered the Chain of Diamonds Cave, he met Daun and was surprised by her piercing eyes. He wouldn't say so, though, so he insulted Daun. This led to them becoming rivals. They constantly argued back and forth. Because Daun was beautiful, Corae called her various names to demean her as a she-wolf; and because Corae could see ghost, Daun kept poking at his sensitive sides, which were him being a weirdo and three-eyed freak. Yassydra and Rio were insulted, too, on their son's behalf, but they were more inclined to let Corae settle his own affairs now that he is an adolescent.

--Now that Corae is old enough, he's replaced his father as a Chaser in Laelaps.
--Corae has now somewhat mastered how to control his powers. This gives him a sense of ease, and he now feels more lighthearted. His parents find that he's quite dutiful sometimes.
--Corae mourns the death of his mother, Yassydra. He will visit his father, Rio, sometimes to mourn together or take care of him.
--At the beginning of spring, Daun suddenly approaches Corae and drags him off somewhere, saying that she has something important to say. Nowadays, their rivalry has cooled down, and Corae doesn't care about picking fights with Daun anymore, but that doesn't mean he still likes her. He's flabbergasted when she tells him that she wants him to mate with her. "What?! Why me? Just go mate with my dad, since he's the pack Stud!", he says. "It's because he's your dad that I don't want to! It's weird! Look, you're the only one I can ask this from!", Daun replies as she presents herself to Corae. It still doesn't tell him why she wants him, specifically to mate with her. He tries running away, but Daun doesn't let him escape. Annoyed, Corae angrily mates with Daun. "Are you satisfied?", he huffs afterwards, glaring as he watches her roll on the ground happily. "Yes!", is all she says. While she's rolling around, he makes a run for it. Later, he complains about it to his dad, who only looks amused.
--Upon realizing that Daun fell pregnant after they mated just once, Corae felt a bit of dread at the thought of spending more time with her. But his dad pushes him to take responsibility of his pups, so he gives in. When he sees Daun's belly, he's actually overcome with curiosity as he sniffs it. He wonders what the pups will look like, and if they'll be as strong as Daun or as fast as him.
--Corae was surprised by the pups Daun gave birth to on her first litter. They were... cute! They weren't very high stat or had noteworthy appearances, but Corae found them adorable, nonetheless.
--Corae mourns the death of his father, Rio, for a few days. He buries father alongside his mother, Yassydra. Surprisingly, Daun is there to comfort him; she allows him to sleep beside her as he mourns, and she makes sure he's fed.
--Corae becomes the new pack Stud. It wasn't a hard decision to make, considering that Corae has good breeding because of his parents, and considering that Corae his handsome--a perfect combination between Rio and Yassydra.
--Muld, being Daun's friend, told Corae that Daun was having her third heat. Corae felt concerned when he heard that, so he went to find Daun. The she-wolf was nowhere to be seen in the territory, but it wasn't long until Daun came to him. She dragged him to a secluded place and asked him to breed her. He wasn't as stubborn as he was during their first coupling. Afterwards, he stayed with her to make sure she was okay, and accompanied her back to the pack.
--After Peetch retires, Corae becomes the new Lead Hunter of Laelaps. He's excited about it and tells Daun about it, prancing around her with his new bone. She laughs and steals the bone from him (she returns it after).
--Being the Pairbond of Alpha Daun, Corae was moved to the Evening Moon Cave.
--When Balt became an adult, he retired and became an Elder. He made Myopa the Lead Huntress after him because she is the strongest wolf in the team.
--Corae mourns Daun's death. Luckily for him, he has the ability to see ghosts, so he spends a few more moments with Daun before she passes on to the afterlife.
