Skyfire, whose name comes from the fiery meteor that she was born under, came across the WolfQuest pack on a similarly eventful evening. She arrived right before their current lead, Moonbeam, was set to retire and he chose her as his replacement, sensing that she was drawn to their pack for a reason. When challenged by Dove, she defeated the loyal scout who showed throat as a sign of submission and backed down. Dove became a close companion of the new leader and the two spend much time in each other's company. Skyfire took Stormcrack as her mate.
