Originating from the Rustline Pack in Alaska, Polaris had a less than stellar time adjusting to the alien landscape that the humans transported her too in their flying machine. It didn’t smell like home; and worse, she was alone.
A brand new dispersal female and not keen on being alone in a foreign environment, Polaris searched high and low for signs of other wolves in the area, eventually coming across a small pack made up entirely of dispersal males. Before she could say anything she was made a part of their group, and it quickly became clear that she was less of a member and more of a hostage. There always seemed to be a pair of eyes on her to make sure she didn’t try and run. But she wasn’t blind to the fact that her arrival had caused tensions in the group to run high. They finally boiled over one night resulting in a bloody fight, and Polaris fled with the large male that had been the last one left standing at the end of the battle. She helped to nurse his wounds, and they bonded over their mutual fear that stemmed from being dropped into a new land far from where they were born. Besmir truly meant her no harm, and Polaris finally felt she had found a friend to help her navigate this uncharted territory. Friends soon became something more intimate however, and Polaris and her new mate became determined to find a safe place to settle and potentially raise a family, starting a pack of their own.
