Born into Bristow's den, young Ash opened his eyes to his mother, Sabie. He laid next to his brother, Basalt, formerly Lava. His legacy started young, when he narrowly escaped death at one month. As a young pup, he trusted every wolf he met. That then led to him being chased out at the young age of 4 1/2 months. He was found by who he would soon call his father. He met young Craighead, leader of the Hawksnest pack. He followed Craighead to the den he would soon call home. Craighead entered the den, with a cowering Ash under his stomach. Craighead let out a chuckle and led him over to the leader's area. There lay a beautiful female adolescent whom he never learned the name of. Craighead introduced young Ash to his pupsitter, who abandoned Ash the next month. Ash's heart was panging. He missed his brother. They had grown together, thrived together. But he wasn't there by his side. Months went by before he saw him again. Lava had been passed around for months. He was known as the moody pup to everyone. The moment the brothers reunited at 8 months of age. The love Craighead watched between the two was amazing. The joy Ash felt was overwhelming. Him and his brother spent every second together. Except for when Ash met Reactive Airways (Diane). They had met at just 7 months of age and she blew him away. They spent every second together. Ash was blinded by her personality and beauty and didn't notice Lava withdrawing from him. Reactive Airways was tearing them apart. Ash soon noticed and did all he could to keep his brother but it was too late. Lava wanted to leave. Once Lava hit one year of age he left for Cinders den. Ash couldn't get him to stay. This beautiful girl had taken his brother from him. But his overflowing love and respect for her made him stay. Lava soon met his love, a traveling wolf. Lava soon realized that he knew how Ash felt. Their brotherly bond grew as the both became the stud of the pack. The two packs were very very close, giving the brothers the chance to see each other constantly. Ash felt betrayed when Reactive Airways had pups with another wolf. Heartbroken, the yearling confronted Craighead, the one who enforced the action. Teenage Ash was outraged but later would understand the meaning of the action. He lay in wait for the time when he could live the rest of his life with his darling. Who knows how far away that is... A couple months later, the young Ash felt no progress towards his future mate. Discouraged, he gave his job as a stud a break. He took a break to think for 2 moons. No one can blame him, as he was feeling lost. As the pack stud he was a source of power for his family. No one loved his looks enough to keep coming back. He was ready to leave his family for another but a miracle came around. Just 5 moons before he could become a mate to his soulmate, and only 1 moon until she's in heat. His excitement was off the charts. Just two months later, Ashes' most beloved pups were born. One looking just like its mother, one a mix of the two lovers, and a sickly runt. The runt would be given to another pack soon enough. But the day his babies were born, tragedy struck. Ashe's mother, Sabie, was found dead on the side of the road separating the neighboring packs.
