" We Will Not Be Moved! "

Wisp Whisper is the first leader of the Displaced, a group that was made by outsiders after a large pack took control over a section of unclaimed territory. Wisp Whisper ( Originally known as Blizzard ) started organizing the gaggle of no-packs in order to defend what little territory the wolves called home.

He was known as a worthy opponent in a battle, and a clever strategist that won many fights using terrain alone. The larger pack eventually backed down, and Blizzard was chosen as the official leader soon after. For a long while, everything functioned as normal, with Blizzard's quick mind and battle prowess earning the pack more and more territory. The Displaced seemed powerful, it seemed immortal.

But soon, strange occurrences and disappearing wolves would rock the pack to its core, but like always, Blizzard threw himself into the problem in order to fix it. With the help of another pack, whatever super natural beings had apparently left them alone, as wolves were not mysteriously disappearing anymore and strange creatures and balls of light were no longer appearing.

But Blizzard came back wrong.

Now insisting to be called Wisp Whisper, the clever and powerful leader was now snappish and odd, assigning strange names to pack members and making the outsider pack more structured then it had ever been. When asked why, what had changed, he simply replied...

" It's simply what must be "

In the past few moons since Blizzard had become Wisp Whisper, his very body had undergone odd changes, such as his black and white pelt turning blue, and eyes becoming a haunting green, red, and black. Nowadays one cannot claim him a leader, mostly spouting nonsense about shifting sands and murky bogs. He spends a lot of time around his daughter Murky Heart, the pup who shares his eyes, and seems to whisper things to her, things that are incomprehensible to anyone trying to overhear.

His declining health and withering mind aside, he is still technically the leader, and the pack must obey his orders. Which is why the pack is stick in a small section of territory that is losing prey rapidly due to illness. Wisp Whisper refuses to move, claiming that this is where they're supposed to be, and if the pack dies, then it's what must happen.

His other, long forgotten pup Sandy Smirk is planning to overthrow him, And he knows.
