Ellie 🐍

Proud to continue the tradition started by her grandfather Rayld, Ellie is a true team player. She keeps the heads of prominent families supplied with magically preserved carcass chew toys, and gains insight into other worlds with help from snake ghost Gilgamesh.

In her sixth year while carrying her only litter, Ellie had a vision about a certain familiar stream. She saw deformed pups, each twisted in its own unique way. Gilgamesh was there, rattling and coiling defensively. Passing by the next day while foraging, she detected an awful scent in the water and saw many human footprints. She warned the hunters not to drink from the steam. After the next birthing season they were greeted with horrible sights, animals stunted and struggling to survive with strange deformities. The hunters refused to touch the easy meals, and by the time the water was normal again the pack had escaped a single doomed birth.
