Appearance:
In cat form, Libra appears to be an average sized, shorthair tortoishell molly that is mainly black with orange flecks around her body. Her eyes are a striking yellow colour and she has marbled pink and black skin. She sports a long, slim plumed tail that's the same length as her body. Libra also has a third eye in the center of her forehead that can only open when she uses her 'Fortune Teller' ability. Aside from the third eye that is mostly invisible, and her unnaturally heavy weight, Libra looks like an ordinary domestic cat.

In semi-humanoid form, Libra retains her same cat-like appearance and coloration. She can walk upright in this form and is short in terms of human height. She has short but fluffy fingers and an opposable thumb much like a human's to grab objects with. However, Libra still has retrachtable claws like a cat. This form is clearly unnatural and can easily raise suspicion among humans.

Personality:
A kind and agreeable Zodiac. She believes in justice and freedom, and won't hesitate to stick up for those who are being oppressed or preyed upon despite her size. Generally, Libra is an easygoing and friendly Zodiac who will be happy to chat with anyone if approached in a friendly manner.

Abilities:
Can shapeshift into a semi-humanoid and a cat form. Her semi-humanoid form is clearly unnatural, but her cat form is near perfect.

Has the ability to access the mortal realm (Earth), and can access the pocket dimension where the rest of the zodiacs reside in via a portal she can summon at will.

Has the innate ability to sense the karma in a person's soul, whether it be good karma or bad karma. She cannot control this ability, but it's a very useful one to her.

Libra can run unusually fast for her size and weight, and is very agile on her feet. She can easily squeeze her way into tight spaces and can get out of them with the same ease.

Has the ability to see into the future. Libra can only predict a disaster or an accident happening in the nearby area (within a 100 mile radius) and she cannot control this ability. When Libra starts to receive a vision, she closes her main two eyes and the eye on her forehead opens up. It glows a pale yellow and Libra remains almost complretely motionless when the vision happens. Libra claims she can see the vision when looking at a phone, a body of water, or even looking up at the sky. The vision comes to her in many different ways, but nobody else can see them but her.

Libra is a friend of almost all the Zodiacs and constellations. Her closest friends are: Leo, Virgo, the Ursas, Sagittarius, Aquarius and Aries. Scorpio, Gemini, Cancer, Aquailla and Orion are the only Zodiacs and constellations she has a mild disliking to.

Libra is the one who convinced Leo to use his starkiss ability on the gravely wounded and terminally ill animals. She saw there was still goodness in his soul, and Libra wanted to nurture that spirit in him. She's the only Zodiac that believes in Leo and knows that he can change his vulgar behaviour. So far, she hasn't made much progress on his behaviour in the mortal realm, but at least he has sympathy for others in certain situations, which is a start.
