Aspen

During the lesson: Aspen learned about many different areas located far away from the den from Barry today. Aspen told him she would like to see everything, from snow-covered mountains to the endless sandy dunes.
During the lesson: Moss Pelt tied the toy to a string made of straw. He pulled the toy between rocks and bushes and Aspen had to pounce and steal it without being detected by Moss Pelt's keen senses.
During the lesson: Aspen leapt powerfully at Luca and went for the thick fur under his neck. Luca was faster and swatted Aspen away, growling that going for the underside of the neck is only for killing, not for play.
During the lesson: Moss Pelt taught the class about wind direction and scents that can reveal your position if the threat is downwind. Turns out Aspen is the best at hiding if she just rolls in the dirt first!
During the lesson: Aspen yawned, waiting for any bird at all to come. She didn't know if the nesting material was wrong or if it was something else, but figuring it out makes for a valuable lesson.
