Emer

The wolves from the darkness, The Shadow, have returned, with Kurai taking over Jester's body, they attacked fiercely, fiercely enough to finally summon Lun from the sky. Lun stared at Kurai and spoke. " Why have you summoned me, Wolf of Darkness?". Kurai replied " We have summoned you to stay upon this earth and leave the night to us, that we may hunt forever in pure darkness!". But Lun refused, and Kurai, in a fit of anger, leapt towards Lun to fully destroy the light. Before she could do so, however, Emer caught Kurai by her throat and bit down, nearly killing her in one hit. "You fool..." Kurai gasped. "Now you AND your mate are doomed-" she couldn't finish, as Emer snapped the bones of her neck, killing her. As her form faded, Jester soon replaced that of Kurai. In horror, Emer let go of the body, staring at what he'd done. Lun spoke up " I will leave you to tend to the body, wolf. The Shadow that were affiliated with Kurai are not welcome, leave and never return!". The large pack of barely visible silhouettes fled into the night, never to be seen again. And with that, Lun returned to her rightful place in the sky, leaving Emer, and Troublemaker pack to mourn their former leader.

Time skip...
He wheezed as he lay in his den, his time to rejoin his mate was coming soon, however, he knew he could not rest easy until he had chosen a new leader. Normally, he had to choose a member of his family, but... Comet and Pine were not experienced enough, and Ocai and his family didn't want to lead. With no other option, he called out to the night sky with the last of his strength and said

"Wolves of the Astral Realm!! Hear my cry, we are in need of one with a pure heart to lead us!! Help my pack in my final hours!!"

And they answered him.
