Marigold

She joined the pack as an adult and became a chaser for the Northstar hunting party. She's also the mate of Winter.

Growing older, Marigold knew that she would soon have to find someone to replace her in the Northstar hunting party. Since a few of her fellow pack mates had fallen pregnant she hoped one of the pups would prove a decent candidate. Like her fellow wolves she was quite startled by the appearance of young Senna's first pup, Spirit. Despite the difficult birth and the loss of the other pup, Spirit seemed quite strong for a newborn. Far stronger than any of the previous generations had been. There was no doubt in her mind that he would be a hunter, just like his mother. Though, if he would be a finisher or chaser was hard to tell. As the weeks passed by she inspected the other pups born but her thoughts kept wandering back to Spirit, and a few days before he was set to begin his training, she approached Senna, asking if she would allow her to train him. Senna was proud to have one of the oldest pack members ask her son to be their replacement, so of course, she said yes.

On the day she began training Spirit she wanted to evaluate his speed and agility. He wasn't very fast, though she knew this would come with time, but his dexterity surprised her. Whenever she caught up to him he nearly always managed to somehow slink past her. She felt quite confident that she had selected the perfect pup to take her place in the Northstar hunting party.
