Kahan is the adventurous son of Dakota the past lead wolf of the Triple Threat Pack (TTP) from deep in the mushy swamp lands.
Unlike his sister Rouge who was destined to follow their mothers footsteps and become lead wolf of the TTP, Kahan had other plans of what he would like to do with his life rather than follow his sisters orders. He also didn't like the idea of hankering down in one territory for too long either as he would tend to get rather bored/restless and end up seeking out trouble.
Kahan now travels from pack to pack seeking wisdom and knowledge in return for his services as he navigates his way through the foreign lands while he matures into a beautiful wise old wolf.

Lore: While Kahan wandered suddenly a pup flew past him. The pup quickly halted and made its way back to Kahan. It wagged its tail and stuttered over its words. The joy radiating off of the pup was too much and Kahan started playing back. He eventually made his way into a fullblown pack without realizing it. Once he realized he was scared he had overstepped. The mother of the pup noticed them and ran over. She was thankful to Kahan for making sure her pup got home safe. She invited the traveler to stay for a while, the pack had many travelers to learn from. With a wag of his tail Kahan joined the other travelers. During his stay he learned a large amount about the pack and how to be a safe traveler.

Lore: Kahan was found roaming the borders and allowed him to stay for a while, during his stay, he got close to the pups of the pack and so, became a pupsitter and so help to protect the future of the pack, once the little ones were big enough to be on their own, he decided to keep his way.

Lore: Kahan found himself wondering into a dense forest. Soon he bumped into Alpha Mátalie while scouting her territory who had let out a low growl but relaxed when they realized Kahan was no threat. "Are you new around here?" she asked, "Yes, I'm a traveler!" she looked at him excitedly after hearing and welcomed Kahan into her pack as one of their own. Mátalie Led him between two large trees entering a pack that was very lively with pups running around, elders talking about the young days, and other travelers talking about their adventures. At the time there was nothing for Kahan to do so he enjoyed cool breeze as the birds chirped in the distance. He eventually would leave to continue his journey and The Wintermaw pack left howls as a goodbye.

Lore: Kahan stumbled into the forest from the open lands of the prairie. The trees were so thick that he could barely see through them, after becoming used to the open skies. He could tell there was a pack nearby. There were paw prints of various sizes in the mud near the small stream he found. Hoping this pack was friendly Kahan wandered around, making his presence known among the trees. Unsurprisingly a wolf came across him. She introduced herself as Serpens, the leader of the local pack. After Kahan explained who he was, Serpens brought him back to her pack's camp. Here he was pestered by the young pups to tell them stories of his adventures and got to hear some from other travelers staying there. When it came time to leave, the pups were sad, but they understood that they could be only one part of Kahan's adventure. He set off into the rising sun, hoping to find another pack before night set in.

Lore: (I am so sorry this is so long, I had a lot of ideas!!) It was now nighttime and Kahan has been scavenging around other territories for a while. He couldn't find any that would let him stay the night until he found a pack of a friendly aura. The pack was quite small compared to the others he'd been to, but he didn't mind that much, he just wanted somewhere to stay. He barked at the strange wolves and caught some of their attention. They then understandably alerted the lead wolf, Kyo, who was still asleep. He didn't mean to wake the leader, but Kyo wasn't bothered. They then asked a few questions and let him stay with the adult wolves. The pups wanted to see him and so they did, and they have taken a liking to Kahan, one that the mothers have never seen before. He noticed the wolves bordering the territory, they seemed well-trained and tough. He closed his eyes and fell asleep. By morning, he woke up with pups all around him. He was a little confused about where he was for a second, but he realized quickly the wolves that let him stay last night. He decided to get up and explore, being careful not to wake anyone like last time. He saw the meat storage. Absolutely scrumptious. He concluded he wouldn't eat until told it was okay, maybe the Sock Paw Pack had rules or something?? So he walked past that stuff and found a beautiful tree. It was a tree of life, love, work, and death. He was drawn to it. There was writing burned on the trunk, he couldn't read it well. But from his point of view, he thought they looked like love letters. Why was that there? He didn't know. There were many paw prints around this tree, so he hoped he wasn't disturbing much. He walked closer to the pack, and oh- next thing he knew, a branch broke as he stepped on it and made a loud noise. Hopefully, no one awakened. Someone did. It was okay, they said they were awake anyways. The wolf came up to him and told him he can't go past this border without the leader's permission. He obliged and came back. He stayed in the pack for a few more days, learning more and more each day. He then took the knowledge of the pack and set out to look for a new pack, not wanting to cause trouble here.

Lore: Kahan was informed by the other packs he visited of weird wolves who inhabited the east prairie that called themselves the Fluttering Feathers. He decided to go see what they are all about and why everyone is withdrawn from them. Whilst traveling to find the pack territory he bumped into one of the scouts of Fluttering Feathers. Rusty Blackbird informed him that he has now entered Fluttering Feather territory and asked Kahan what his intentions were. Kahan told him that he was a traveler and was actually looking for that pack when he bumped into him. Realizing Kahan is not a threat Rusty Blackbird led him back to the rocky outcropping the pack called their home. Kahan immediately realized how odd this group was, for starters, they slept outside for they had no actual cave. Lady Quail saw his wary disposition as soon as he and Rusty came into camp. She greeted Kahan with her tail wagging, "Hello traveler, have you come to learn the ways of my wolves?" Kahan wagged his tail, "I sure am, I heard a lot about you from the northern packs I came to see myself." With that Lady Quail let him reside in her care for 3 days, and within that time he learned how birds are actually more than just a quick snack. He learned of migration patterns, and why they believe avians are god and goddess decent. Everyone enjoyed his company and was sad to see him go, he took with him new knowledge and new experience.

Lore: When the chill of winter had faded into a bitter memory, the dry breeze of the prairie blew and led Kahan northward, towards the young, blossoming Issaxché Pack. Named for the nimble sparrowhawk, Kahan discovered they were not unlike the little feathery creatures. The Issaxché preferred to roam as they pleased, never being held down by something or another. He watched many a setting sun on the lush valley's horizon, with the coltish pups nipping at his tail and paws all the while. Eventually, Kahan would decide to move onwards, towards greener summer pastures, although he was mindful to not forget the drifting ways of the untameable Issaxché.

Lore: Gradually, Kahan found himself in a coniferous forest with tall trees, the sun barely managing to cast rays on the forest floor. Spotting a calico frame in the distance, Kahan walked up to the figure and discovered Mossi, who excitedly welcomed him to the territory. The pack was small with lots of young wolves, but it was growing, and Kahan was glad to be there to watch it grow. He helped hunt for the pack, meeting Ardreth who taught him how to use the coniferous forest to their advantage. When he got to meet Shimmer, the alpha, he explained his previous travels and his home pack. Shimmer told him that their pack, the Daydreaming Souls, followed the calls of spirits and realities. They considered dreams a very precious gift, where knowledge beyond consciousness was known. Kahan enjoyed his stay, and when the time came to leave, Ardreth gave him a gift (gained scattered bones).

Lore: While traveling through the dark, thick woods, Kahan stops to listen to a nearby sound. Birds singing? Curious now, he changes direction and heads toward the sound. Upon inspection, it turned out not to be birds, but trees! Kahan stops to take a breath and gaze at the trees. It wasn't long after that he noticed a silver wolf stepping out of the cave just to his right. The wolf introduced himself as Talon, the Herbalist of the pack. Kahan introduced himself and said he was a traveler looking to learn new things. He then asked Talon about the trees, and why they had sung like birds. Talon explained the legend behind the trees, that they were planted generations before by other Herbalists. "It was said they planted them to help soothe the sick and wounded," Talon said.
After their talk, Talon leads Kahan to the main cave within the territory, Broken Wood. Walking into the cave, Kahan noticed a pair of glowing teal eyes. Nervous, he walks closer to see an ashen-coated wolf with black horns. He can only suspect that she is the Alpha of this pack. Kahan bows his head in kindness and introduces himself. She welcomes him with kind words and says that her name is Rhaene, and that she recognizes that he's a traveler. Rhaene offered him to stay awhile to rest up for the week.
Upon Kahan's stay, he learned how to use the strategies of other animals to succeed in hunts, scouts, and forages. One skill is pouncing into the ground like a fox for food! Kahan was sad to leave, but he made some really good friends here. During his time, he made a little fox friend that he can take with him on his travels.

Kahan, after leaving the coniferous forests, heading south towards the tropicals to explore their territories. Grass and foliage brushed against his paws, the feeling of air flowing through his fur felt natural.
The fox at his feet suddenly yelped, backing off. Kahan looks at it, confused, but he felt it before he saw it. The ground gave way under him, dropping him into a spiral of an abyss.

He blinked. Rocks and wood piled up in the side. Sunlight (Or something) poked through a crack in the (walls?), casting a small ray into the darkness. Kahan felt something brush by his legs. In an instant, they yelped and backed up. His back touched the wall, the cold stone against his dirty fur. More rocks tumbled down from above. He looked up only to see that the roof was collapsing. Kahan ran, ran fast in some random direction. Stone scrapped against his sides as he crashed into wall after wall. Kahan shut his eyes, his paws leading the way. He hadn't even noticed when the stone gave way to grass. Fur collided with Fur, sending him backwards in shock. The other wolf yelped in surprise, dropping whatever they had in their mouth. Next thing he knew, he was out like a light.
Moonlight poured into a dimly lit den in the hill, herb scents wafted out of the entrance. A wolf was seen sorting out berries and leaves. Kahan rested inside of a moss nest. A shallow dream featuring a black figure was lingering in his mind. The wolf had said that he could stay for as long as he wanted, atleast until he healed. For that, Kahan was grateful, but the words of a figure had stuck to him. He murmured something. The wolf flicked their ear impassively.
Soon enough, he'll go back. Soon enough . . .

He closed his eyes just for a moment. When he opened them, he had been engulfed by a thick fog. He lifted his head and looked around. Getting an eerie feeling, as he began to feel lightheaded.
"Uhm... Hello?"
Kahan spoke out, knowing that the forest was a hot spot for wolves, there had to be someone around... right? Kahan squinted his old eyes, seeing if he could make anything out of the fog. Almost as he blinked, the fog seemed to thin, and revealed.... A blue forest..?
"Hello?"
Kahan called out again, maybe he had aten some mushrooms that went bad? He felt so out of place, like he didnt belong, and a force was telling him to leave. As he looked around more, not sure if he moved would he get lost, but he srill wanted to observe his surroundings.
He noticed that some of the leaves almost looked wilted, but he wasnt sure. In all his years of traveling, and collapsing caves, he'd never experienced somthing like this before. It was almost like he was in another world....

"Couldn't it have been more precise?! Where is it.... Man, this is getting out of hand..."
Kahan heard a male voice come from around a tree, behind a bush.
"Hello? Sir?"
Kahan smelled the scent of another wolf but.... it didnt smell like anything he's ever smelt before!
Kahan felt a chill down his back fur.
Step step.
It was getting closer.
"I can sense you now... Much closer... Why dont we have a chat?"
He heard the wolf say.
Kahan eventually responded with..
"Uh, yeah, could I get a little help? I.. Think I migh be lost."
"VERY lost."
He sounded... upset almost?
"W-what do you mean? If Im not wlecome here, could you just show me the way out?"
"Oh, I WILL."
"I didn't mean to intru-"
Suddenly, as the wolf finally showed himself, It was a dark wolf, but that was the only thing Kahan saw, before his lightheadedness, became a heavy headace. Kahan could feel himself losing balance and his vision getting blurry, before he passed out, he heard the wolf...
Sigh, "What a shame. I suppose the pressure was too much for his old body."
Kahan squinted and he slowly woke up in a small cave. He squinted before he slowly sat up. There was no other wolves around, and he didnt seem to be in that blue place anymore. He sniffed, no other wolf scents, but the smell of... Food? He looked beside him to see a small, crafted blue bag. He looked inside to see that it had a turkey carcass in it. Maybe a gift?
Kahan stood up, awaiting his next adventure.
