Fall Chakra

Fall developed the unique ability to heat up virtually anything she touched! Developing Kekkei Genkai and Chakra skills with water.
4 1/2 months - exhales steam when stressed
5 months - during prey tracking she wasn't able to find the practice toy
5 1/2 months - Updraft brought back some leaves and sticks from trick-or-treating for her to manipulate!

KG: Boil Release
C: Water Release

Genetics:
20% for Kekkei Genkai, if yes: 50% boil release, 50% other relating to chakra. Must have chakra to have active Kekkei Genkai. If KG but no C, offspring can still inherit active KG, but the likelihood is <10%.
If no, can pass down 5% active KG, 5% inactive KG, 90% none.

50% for Chakra, if yes: 85% water, 15% random.
If no: can have inactive/no chakra, can pass down chakra as active or inactive, 25% active, 25% inactive, 50% none.
