An old friend to Acantha, he was quick to find her living in her pack as the established healer. Drust burst into a spat with her, voicing his selfish reasons that she should have stayed but her vulgar reply eventually won the disagreement. Although reluctantly, he was welcomed into the tribe to become a hunter brave. Drust has made it clear that he won't be sticking around for long.
He got injured on a failed hunting trip with Radiance and had to go to Acantha for treatment. When he was there he realized how effective she is as her role in the tribe. For a while Drust was doing hunting missions on his own while Radiance was in the Mothers Den but she returned to help while she was nursing her pups still. Now both in a normal routine again the adopted prince, Cider, became old enough to contribute to the tribe so seeing as they were the best hunting party he joined as their third member. Not long after Drust got an infection while hunting, taking a rest in the healing circle he was annoyed that he felt he was the only one ever getting injured.
Years passed and he watched as Acantha stepped down from her position, passing on the role of healer to her young apprentice. It made him all the more aware that he too had grown old. Radiance had long since passed and now as by far the eldest wolf of the hunting party he thought that maybe he too could join his old friend as they waited out their days. He had thought life would pull him from the tribe long ago but the home it had provided seemed to have been enough to bring the stubborn male happiness.
