Papi

During the lesson: Minnie explained to Papi how wet fur is not a good idea, especially in the winter. She demonstrated how to find rocks and dry patches to cross a creek or a river instead of swimming across it.
During the lesson: Magnolia placed a toy between herself and Papi. She showed him where to position himself to catch the prey while Magnolia flushed the prey toward him.
During the lesson: Today the lesson included effective snarling, biting at the air with extra loose saliva, and pretend-biting each other's faces while making as many awkward gurgling noises as possible. Apparently this really makes other animals tremble in fear!
During the lesson: Papi learned that not only the ingredients but also the proportions can change a cure into a poison. He felt a lot more responsible after this lesson.
During the lesson: Papi sniffed the ground, recognizing the scent of the toy immediately. Tracking it was almost too easy, but Hali placed a few distracting surprises that he had to overcome.
During the lesson: Papi and his littermate practised their howling techniques together, despite complaints of the adults who couldn't sleep in peace.
During the lesson: The lesson today focused on relaying information accurately among pack members. Papi sat with several other pups as they whispered the same sentence around the circle and tried to keep it the same, but when it came back to Skye it was hilariously different than when it started.
