~ Long, long ago a lone soul walked through the forest on her own, breathing in the cold fall breeze. Even though she was a skilled hunter with a sharp mind, the nearing winter still concerned her. She knew it would be hard to survive on her own, at the end, she was just a young she wolf. That was, until she came across a few other wolves who had been cast out from their pack, immediately she saw potential in them and thought she could form a pack of her own. She worked hard to earn their trust and respect, and before long, they were following her lead. One wolf in particular grew really fond of her, it was an older she wolf, Artemis, who saw a wise and fair leader in Horus even before she became one. Artemis taught her the importance of patience and wisdom, she became her mentor.
Her pack grew in size and strength, and soon, they were one of the most respected packs in the Deciduous Forest. The female wolf had become a legend, admired by many and known by all for her bravery and leadership.
Now she sits back and observes all that she has built, feeling her age and retirement catching up to her. She smiles, recalling all the memories as she looks down to her newborn daughter who will soon take her place.
