Bio from a past life:
As the last-born son of the leader pair ParadiseSeeker and SkyDancer, Whisper was expected to take over for his father after he passed. To take on and lead a pack of 50 plus wolves at only one year old was a monumental task. One that made the poor pup nervous. Luckily his father left him with the pup pack to help. DarkDays, MoonDance, Lawless, SniperSight their new herbalist, and a few others would help. Not to mention the older wolves that would help them lead. The task was his, but he wasn't alone and he wasn't expected to get everything right off the bat. He would be coached by all of the oldest members of the pack and he would learn. He had already learned a lot from following his father to and from duties. Or when he followed his mother out to scout.
For tonight he curled up between his parents and put his worries to ease. He wouldn't be alone in this. The clan would not let him fall.
----
The day before his father passed Whisper walked up to his father, and Morzan who sat in the middle of camp discussing clan duties.
"Father, can I speak with you?"
"Of course Whisper what's ailing you, my son?"
"Father I.. I don't think I'm fit to lead, but I think I know who is, can I make a suggestion," Whisper asked quietly, and was ashamed.
Morzan looked to ParadiseSeekers troubled face, "Let the boy make a suggestion, a leader should want to lead and be confident in his position."
Whisper looked to Morzan, and smiled his thank but Morzan's eyes were no longer on him, and a slightly suspicious evil little smirk had taken over his face.
"Wh-" He saw his father's eyes widen as well, and as he turned, he caught a flash of his younger sister's green and black pelt before she ducked under him, grabbed his leg, and yanked him to the ground.
Morzan's rasping chuckles were loud in his ringing ears as Whisper looked up at his little half-sister in shock, he missed what Morzan said to his father, something about the Throne, but he was too worried about his sister's sharp fangs being that close to his throat!
"Adatara wait!" Thankfully she paused and stared down at him with narrowed eyes.
Chuckling he leaned up to lick under her chin, "I gonna talk to you about you being the next leader sister, I'm not even ready to lead, and I don't think I'll ever be ready."
They both heard their father sigh in relief and wail about them not fighting when he was gone. Both siblings chuckled at their father's misery. Adatara helped Whisper to his paws, and he winced keeping the one she bit off the ground, "Man whoever crosses your warpath is really in for it."
Whisper's ears perked as his immortal mother nuzzled against their father, and smiled," "I'll keep them from killing each other," she promised.
"I know you will." Their father sighed in contentment.
The rest of the day was peaceful, all of their clanmates gathered around them, and no one left their fathers side that day.
