You sit with Firewood for a while, talking congenially. They're always good for a nice chat.
Firewood stops for a chat but then admits that they have been observing you carefully lately and think they have found something that may help you in your everyday tasks. You didn't expect to receive anything from Firewood, but they insist when you hesitate to take the gift.
There's nothing you couldn't talk about with Firewood. They seem to have great insight and ideas whenever you have any doubts.
Firewood: Warrior of the Galactic Ones
Firewood is a strong young wolf who is a descedant of Great King Hinode and Melionyx the Firestarter. He is the 5th generation of Firestarters in the pack and is currently the only one left in his pack. He uses this and his heritage to get away with his behaviour most of the time, but he doesn't get up to evil unlike his Firestarter family. He's simply cocky and arrogant.
Despite his playboy reputation in the pack, Firewood is quite protective of all his pack members. This especially includes loved ones and pack pups, who he'll happily give up his life to save. Because of his overprotective nature, Fire has gotten into lots of scuffles with wolves and other animals.
In his adolescent years, he went up against a fully grown cougar. He was still growing himself, so he was definitely smaller than it. The cougar was stalking the pack pups at the time, and most of the adults were out hunting while the sitters were resting in the burrows. Fire defensively stood in front of the pups who snuck away from the safety of their tree cluster. The cougar hissed at him, leaping forward. He narrowly avoided getting his eye clawed out, but received a nice, long scar on his left eye. His snarling and yelping is what alerted the pupsitters, and they all raced towards the cougar which scared it off. Fortunately, none of the pups got hurt. Firewood was reprimanded for this stunt, but also praised for his bravery. A bravery that has never dwindled.
Now as an adult, Firewood and his hunting team take long treks to the tundra where they take down seals and the occasional caribou. His team's catches have helped the pack through tough times. Because of Firewood's contributions, he and his hunting team are highly respected hunters in the pack
