Adopted son: Aurin
Malleus was surprised to find his calling as a pupsitter, as he'd always considered it below him. He found that he was rather adept at it, however, and that spending time with the pups turned him into one a little himself.
As he grew in his age, he realised his talents were necessary elsewhere and he left the nursery to become a mentor for the older pups.
Despite his tough exterior and his posturing arrogance, it's well-known that Malleus is a soft-hearted individual. He sees his beloved late mate, Pruna, in his adopted son Aurin every day, and even through the arguments he knew he would always love him. He sometimes stares at the stars and thinks of Ursa, the oldest pupsitter, now deceased. She kept him in line, but he misses her dearly.
Malleus has lost a lot, but he hasn't lost his spirit, and he hasn't lost his son. He is thankful for it everyday.
