Biography
Being the adopted son of an immensely powerful wolf demon, Exsecratus is both feared and revered by those in his pack. Though he does not appear to have any of his adopted father's "quirks" or "food preferences," he is still feared by most other wolves just because of what he is associated with. To the members of his hunting party, Exsecratus was admired for his ability to seemingly effortlessly stalk prey during hunts. Unfortunately, Exsecratus believes himself to be cursed, as he possesses traits that a normal wolf should not possess. Traits such as a distinct set of horns atop his head, long tusk-like fangs, and various sharp spines which protrude through his fur. None of which seem to be normal for wolves.
Another odd aspect of Exsecratus is that he seemed in tune with the earth and stars despite not being an herbalist, nor really desiring to be one. It is even said that he can see through time, events that once were, events that are now, and even events that are yet to come. He tries to ignore these visions, but usually is not able to, so he instead suffers in silence, not wanting to alarm his pack anymore than they already are. Just about all of these visions are related to Ichor in someway.
When Seamair was on the verge of death, much to Exsecratus's surprise, she had chosen him as her heir. There was know denying that Exsecratus had the qualities of an excellent leader, but the last three pack leaders had been female, while Exsecratus was a male. It confused him that Seamair would have chosen to break a tradition like that so abruptly, but he was still interested in such a prospect as being a pack leader.
On his first night as a leader, Exsecratus received another vision, but this time it wasn't about Ichor. It was about a rebellious young she-wolf named Uzi. Apart from being part of a litter that consisted entirely of melanistic wolves, Uzi did not really seem that odd. The strangest aspect of her was her apparent hatred towards humans, although she had never seen a human in her entire life. She was an angsty oddball among her litter, but apart from that, Uzi was mostly normal. This vision of her he had, however, was not. In the vision, Uzi had glowing purple eyes and strange abilities. She was incredibly violent in this vision as well, her ferocity even seeming to rival that of Ichor, a literal grinning demon. After the vision, Exsecratus woke up, on the verge of a panic attack and had to check in on Uzi and her siblings just to make sure nothing had happened to them. When he entered the cave they were in, he found them all sleeping soundly.
Visions of Absolute Chaos haunted Exsecratus every night⦠what Uzi was capable of in these dreams frightened him immensely, but he tried to push it aside as just a consequence of him eating rotten meat while exploring his territory. Of course an experience he had in the dreamlands haunted him⦠he found a wolf skull, with what looked to be faintly glowing eyes. Most interesting is that there looked to be some sort of carving on it⦠one in the shape of the Symbol of Absolute Chaos. He touched his nose to the skull and had a horrifying vision. In this vision, he saw Uzi go on a rampage, viciously attacking her fellow wolves, blood was everywhere. The sheer brutality of her killing methods sent a chill down his spine. This wasn't a fight⦠it was a hunt.
The vision soon faded but it's memory did not. The next day, he decided to follow Uzi's hunting party, which consisted of her and her siblings alongside two other pack members. His previous experience as a stalker for a hunting party turned out especially useful in this instance of a reconnaissance mission. Uzi was one of the team's chasers, so she wasn't supposed to be the one doing the killing part of the hunt. Exsecratus waited expectantly for any suspicious behavior from the angsty young she-wolf, but everything seemed completely normal. The team's finisher, Winchester, dispatched of the prey as usual, not Uzi. Everything was so confusing to Exsecratus, if Uzi were a threat, he'd have no other choice than to do away with or banish her, but he didn't want to do such a thing just because of a weird dream he had. He needed more evidence, but as of now, there did not appear to be any.
