Xochitlicue

[meaning in Nahuatl 'the one that has her skirt of flowers'; Named after the Aztec goddess of fertility, patroness of life and death]
Xochi is an extremely friendly wolf who is adored by the whole pack. She became best friends with Xolotl almost immediately as both where revered by the pack for their unusual coats.

Once she became a yearling, she and Xolotl officially united in a grand ceremony. During the ceremony she threw the bouquet straight at Xolotl who caught it and winked at her.

She was shocked at the announcement of Xolotl being the future stud but understood the reasoning and knew that Umbra and Nivis where struggling in holding the alliances they had made in their youth. So she gave her consent for Xolotl to be a stud, joking about the favour being payed forward one day.

When Xochi was three years old she gave birth to a litter of twins who greatly resembled Xotlol, Aysu visited her in the den and was in awe of the pups, she asked Xochi for her permission to train the pups as guards of the pack, Xochi hesitated wrapping a tail around her daughters, before she realised she couldn't decide for her daughters and asked Aysu to wait till the pups where older and could decide for themselves.

Xochi joined her daughters in learning sign language and often uses it on hunts to communicate to packmates that are far away.
