Blood of a Tree

Blood of a Tree was born in a big litter that also happened to be born at the same time with another litter. His mother, Burch, had rather neutral retaionship with Zir, and the pup was the most like her. Looking after all the puppies wasn't easy, and Blood was the one that failed to seem remarkable or touching to his father, thus was where Zir found appropriate to cut corners. The pup was largely raising himself until Elderstep, a mysterious wolf, who was accepted into the pack only to train the elder son of the leader in the role of finisher, took interest and maybe pity in the little outcast.
