Red Hustle, or Red, was recruited to the pack by Tala for Sun Runner. At first, she was concerned for her wellbeing. Sun Runner was bolting around the den and territory, visibly a little panicked at trying to rebuild the Traveler Den of Stars.
She had padded up one moment when Sun Runner was rambling, and allowed him to lean against her.
"Stop stressing yourself out. It may take time, but soon enough, the dens will be full of wolves who will stay and go, just like you said it was before. It doesn't need to happen immediately." She would murmur to the Pack Leader with a smile.
"Right.....right." Sun Runner sighs, wagging his tail and flattening his ears.
That was the day Red Hustle became the Second in Command for the pack, despite not loving the leader romantically. She has birthed a few litters for him, as many other wolves had, but she did not love him the way she saw other wolves swoon at their partners or crushes...no, she saw him as a equal, and nothing more.
