The First GuardianWhen Tartarus was chosen as the first Abyss Guardian she was excited. Orca had become immortal and Eppsarie had taken the role as lead. Though both seemed different. Orca gave wisdom to Eppsarie but only when no one was around.

The former lead had announced the new role, a solitary one. She was allowed to have kids but she wouldn't be able to be apart of their lives too often. Her position was to stand by the gate something she hadn't known of before.

Eppsarie and Orca demanded silence of anything relating to her new job. She felt as if there was someone whispering in the new queens ear. It would twitch every now and then even though there was no wind.

Tartarus had always been a solitary yet kind wolf, she was relieved to be able to sit in peaceful silence guarding the cave that no one was allowed to enter. Even her, albeit there were a few exceptions, those being: Orca, Eppsarie, and her only under direct orders.

Three months into her job she still enjoyed her solitary role. Nothing in the day but the birds singing, the sun on her dark fur, and the occasional sound of a deer or rabbit prancing or hopping by. And at night nothing but the owls hooting or crickets chirping in the surrounding grass.

She was allowed to leave her post to hunt, so long as she was able to keep an eye on the cave. Sometimes it got lonely, but the uneasiness of being watched made her wish she stayed that way.

One night the grass began to rustle

What Orca ThinksTartarus? She's pretty naive, always positive when things go south. Truly its a headache to deal with. Thankfully, Tartarus is a very solitary wolf so I don't have to worry about her too much. Pollution has taken a liking to her, they plan to take over her body, a form of partial possession.

Basically, she'll become a host for Pollution. Though she won't be controlled, controlled. Just slightly hindered. Tartarus will still be Tartarus, just with a lot less free will.
