When Rowen and his companion Moira heard of a small group of wolves gathering in the Shadowfell, they knew it could be used to their advantage. They made their way to Castle Nowhere, where they offered their help. Rowen especially has no problem working hard to support the pack as long as it benefits him, and thus he's content.
