You only take notice of the whirl-pooling ruckus surrounding this male wolf. It looks like he is designated pupsitter of this pack, with all the yapping littles swarming him while playing. And bugging him with questions and requests. It must be an exhausting job yet he acts like it is nothing. He patiently answers the questions and warns the troublemakers to behave before agreeing to tell the tale of the Deerking again ...
You later learn that his name is Morven and he was one of the three original members of this pack. He volunteered for this role, or, at least that's what the other wolves say, even if it's not his dream job. You can guess why. He looks like he longs for the vast wilderness and all that it has to offer, yet he is staying near the hilltop, herding unruly pups most of the day. Hopefully, he'll get promoted soon to a role that fits him better.
