Not all snakes are good. While the snake speaking families and mages learn from the helpful ones, Li Chi focuses on the ones with bad magic. To complete her oddness, she is the first in the pack to take a dog for a mate. At times she sends Ash undercover, exploring with apparent domestic stupidity and reporting the activities of arrogant creatures who plot wicked deeds.
