+ Venaire tested out some killing techniques on the carcass. Malina explained which methods take the most strength, but are also the quickest, which saves energy and spares the prey from suffering.
+ The good manners lesson went awry today when Venaire started inventing bizarre and funny excuses to make everyone laugh instead of learning how to apologize with respect. Malina was serious in scolding him, but he noticed her smiling when the other pups weren't looking.
+ Venaire frantically dug in the soft ground, able to smell the toy but not find it. A little upset, he kept trying for a long while, and Malina was impressed with such determination.
+ Venaire prepared for a magnificent howl, a sound that would make every animal recognize true power. Instead, he let out something between a whine and a squeak.
