Lupus

There was something different about this little pup… as soon as he was born his mother knew there was something different about him. His mother took him to the herbalist, telling him that there was something wrong with her pup, the herbalist looked over the pup and knew there was nothing he could do to cure the pup of his so called illness so his mother vowed to protect him at all times.
Once he was weened off he was wondering around his den, not in any particular direction as his mother watched closely over him, that's went he met a little raven, around the same age as him and introduced himself as bangles. Over a few moons they became good friends and later introduced him to the rest of the pack, telling them that he was not prey but in fact a friend. Not wishing to upset the leader's little pup they all just went along with it, not questioning the unusual nature of their relationship.
