Fir

One of the pups found for the purpose of fulfilling the mission to find pups before Rime reached the glacier. Fir was not treated well within her pack, and when Smoke kidnapped her from her family in the Conifer Forest, they didn't care to look for her. So she was willing to stay quiet about it under Smoke's orders.

But this would not be last of secrets Fir would have to keep regarding Smoke. Fir had witnessed Smoke's murder of Rapid, and he knows it. Everyday, the treacherous wolf keeps a close, dangerous eye on the young pup, just waiting for her to make a move to try and expose him. Fir knows that any day now, Smoke could do with her as he did to Rapid, so she keeps her mouth shut to increase her chances of survival. And being just a young pup with all this baggage, has left her feeling helpless with no one to confide in.

Soon, however, things would take a turn for Fir. Smoke would attempt to reach out to her old pack. But they had not been swayed so easily, Smoke decided he was going to kill Fir to prove to her pack that Rime was evil and provoke war, just he'd done against Rapid's pack. Thankfully, Fir was clever enough to escape his ambush, and she would run into the Ravine while he was out wandering. She would expose Smoke's actions to Ravine, giving him enough evidence to challenge Smoke before pack.

Beginning her life as an apprentice in the glacier, she would gravitate towards Otter, the pup who had replaced Rapid.
