Biography

LORE In the past, Honor Bound had a different name, Sepia, a name given to her by her mother, Gooseberry. Gooseberry wasn't her real mother though. And Gooseberry's real Sepia was taken by Faelcu and replaced by this one. This Sepia was very sickly and weak, and Gooseberry often had an off feeling about her...as if Sepia wasn't really her pup. It got so bad that Gooseberry wasn't even able to look at her puppy anymore, she often left Sepia to be taken care of by other mothers in the pack.
But when Sepia had opened her eyes, Gooseberry was left in horror. Sepia's eyes weren't like hers or her fathers. They had an unsettling glow to them. Gooseberry picked up this Faelcu filth and left her in the woods to fend for herself. Though, fortunately, it wasn't long until another pack came along and scooped the pup up. This second pack called Sepia by a new name, unknowing of her old one. They named her Auburn. Her eyes were...odd, but the pack still took care of her, despite the off-ness everyone felt around her. Everyone except a wolf named Aspen. He was about two years older than her, and he stood beside her and taught her when others were hesitant. Later on Auburn would become friends with a wolf named Apex, that was around her age, and Aspen's adoptive son, Cedar.
Auburn as an adult, due to pressure of the lack of pups being born in the pack, would be paired up with Apex. They were good friends, but they never really felt romantic for each other. They adopted a pup at first, then they had a litter. Auburn and Apex loved their pups, and they could still parent well as friends. But the pups were taken from them, taken from them in cold blood. Auburn went mad, mad to the point she was chased from the pack. But she wasn't alone. Apex left with her, and so did Aspen and Cedar.
After the fuss, Auburn wanted nothing to do with her former pack, she suggested that the four should change names and start anew. Apex, Aspen, and Cedar were all for it. Auburn suggested virtues, values that this new pack would live by, and as wolves joined their values would extend. The three decided Auburn should be the one to name them, she would be their leader. Apex was named Loyalty, as even though the two didn't really work out romantically, he still cared for Auburn as his friend. Aspen was named Open Mind for how open her was to accepting Auburn without judgement. And Cedar was named Curiosity for his endless...well...curiosity! He asks a lot of questions and loves to learn new things, which is a good thing to do. Lastly Auburn named herself Honor Bound. Bound by the values of the pack, a pack that would be called, Sense of Honor. Open to all kinds of wolves.
