Leyah

Leyah was always a clever a gentle pup. She had good parents and was fed well. Everyone thought she would grow to be a pup sitter because of her gentle and caring personality, but her dream was to be a chaser. She lived in a dense forest with her pack until She grew into an adolescent. When her parents were killed by a rival pack while on a hunt Leyah was devastated, she wanted to find a fresh start. Her pack was sad to watch her go, but they understood. She journeyed from her home in a small forest to the huge coniferous forest were she met Kyra. Kyra welcomed Leyah into her pack, the mysterious, Torden pack. There Leyah met Isbreen, the pack heart throb. The two quickly became best friends, spending hours a day on walks together. Although Isbreen could be snarky he would never do anything to make Leyah feel bad, she could tell he cared for her deeply. One day on a walk by the lake Isbreen confessed that she meant more to him than just a friend, he told her he loved her. Leyah realized that she felt the same way. They were both excited and surprised that the other felt the same one. After a while the two realized they didn't know what to do, but they knew they could never love anyone else. They decided that they would have to keep their feelings seceret. They still do not know what they can do. Isbreen insists that Kyra will understand and allow them to become mates, but Leyah is more hesitant. Kyra is her best friend but an herbalist having a mate is unheard of. She was waiting for the perfect time to ask until Isbreen finally asked Kyra himself. Leyah was at first annoyed that Isbreen asked without her knowledge but was soon over joyed when Isbreen shared that Kyra understood and would allow them to be mates.
