Silence was nothing new to the pup, there was nothing else for reference. The air shifting slightly as a wolf approached from behind tingled the fur along her back, and she turned, half expecting her leader. Instead, an older wolf stood there, her kind blue eyes sparkling with warmth. Her tail wagged once before she turned, glancing back to the pup. The pup tilted her head as curiosity thrilled through her. Her current pack refused to allow her to do anything, considering her useless just because she couldnt hunt.
The pup stood and padded confidently behind the older wolf, sure that where ever she ended up with this wolf would be better than her birth pack.
