_{" Suddenly, out of nowhere, a small gift appears by your side. When you notice Vaimiti running away with a strange smirk, you realize with a smile where it came from.

Vaimiti sneaks in toward the loud yapping of rambunctious pups frolicking in the piles of leaves. Only a year old, she is still pretty playful and ready to tackle some of the youngsters again after wandering through the dense forest. She only got stuck wandering through the rainforest after swimming through the biggest river she'd ever seen!
Vaimiti stumbles over a branch, which snaps loud enough for the pups to freeze and the lead wolf to perk up. Vaimiti curses to herself as she nurses the new wound going across her left eye.
Gelum chirps at the pups to stay with their mother and sniffs in the direction the sound came from. Immediately, he scrunches his snout in confusion. Fish?
In the meantime, Vaimiti sneaks off around the clearing, where she bumps into a pup. The pup is the troublemaker of the pack and did not listen to Gelum's warning. She frolics around the patches of Selaginella willdenovii among the Striped Blue Crow. The iridescent blues of the plants and butterflies remind Vaimiti of the sea, so she joins the pup in frolicking through the plants. Suddenly, the pup, Puella Quae Volavit, disappears into a mist leaving behind the sound of excited yips echoing across the field of blues.
Gelum appears behind the shroud of mist that Volavit left behind.
Vaimiti tucks her tail and flattens her ears in fear, but Gelum had seen Vaimiti and Volavit's joy and decides to allow Vaimiti into the pack.
The pack members eventually accept Vaimiti as Gelum tells of Volavit's opinion of her. She establishes herself as an excellent chaser and experiences the ritual that Nixtetigit lupi holds for all hunters: Ritus Transitorius. She gets her scar embued by the pack's blessing through the glowing blue paint which represents her connection to the sea.
Vaimiti has her first pups, one of which is named after the sea of blue that she experienced on her first day as a part of Nixtetigit lupi.
She leaves her pups in the protection of Gelum and Volavit and wishes the pack farewell as she feels the calls of the sea once again.
