It is generally accepted within The True Order that no wolf is crueler than its leader, Rolouzis. No one knows his origins, or what led him down this terrible path, but what can be said with absolute certainty is that everyone lives in terror.
Rolouzis values fear above all else, stating it's a far better version of loyalty. His harsh system creates division and paranoia among members ever since they're young, and he wouldn't have it any other way. How will they ever revolt if they don't work together, if they don't trust one another?
