In the heart of the moonlit forest, two wolves, Nova and Marceline, prowled through the shadows. It was the night of the full moon, a time when the forest was alive with whispers and rustling leaves. Nova, known for her mischievous nature, had devised a playful plan to trick her new apprentice, Marceline.

As they wandered deeper into the woods, Nova turned to Marceline and said, "I've heard tales of a magical tree that bears the sweetest berries, but it only reveals itself on nights like this."

Marceline's ears perked up with curiosity. "Really? Where can we find it?"

Nova led Marceline to a clearing where the moonlight bathed the forest floor in silver. "Just beyond those bushes," she said, pointing with her snout.

Marceline trotted forward eagerly, her eyes scanning the dim surroundings. But as she brushed through the bushes, she found not berries, but a pile of soft leaves and twigs that collapsed beneath her, leaving her with nothing but a face full of forest floor.

Nova burst into laughter, her eyes twinkling like the stars above. "Tricked you! But don't worry, I have a treat for you," she said, nudging a small bundle of real berries toward Marceline.

Marceline shook the leaves from her fur and chuckled, "Alright, you got me this time. But next time, I'll be the one with the trick up my sleeve."
